Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to change an appointment time please give at least a 24 hour notice so that the appointment time can be made available to another client who is on the waiting list. We will ask for a $20 deposit for re-booking an appointment that is cancelled without a 24 hour notice.

Missed Appointment Policy:

If two appointments are missed without giving notice, client’s are then required to pre-pay prior to scheduling any future appointments.
